Everluna Jewelry offers handcrafted, made-to-order jewelry, including rings and related jewelry pieces.

1. Each Everluna Jewelry piece is handmade or made to order, so slight variations may occur.
2. Natural and lab-created gemstones may vary in color, pattern, clarity, or appearance.
3. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, or device settings.
4. Product photos are for reference, and slight differences may exist between the photos and the final handmade piece.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, prices, availability, and product information at any time.

3. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase, including:

If you notice any incorrect information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at official@everlunajewelry.com.

Because most of our items are made to order, changes may not be possible once production has started.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

This may include, but is not limited to, orders that appear to be fraudulent, contain incorrect information, violate our policies, or involve pricing or product listing errors.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a refund for any amount paid, if applicable.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

We use secure third-party payment providers to process payments. Everluna Jewelry does not store your full payment card information.

6. Production Time

Most Everluna Jewelry pieces are made to order and carefully handcrafted.

Most Everluna Jewelry pieces require approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipment.

Production time may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, material availability, custom requests, or other circumstances beyond our control. If additional production time is needed, we will contact you by email before shipment.

7. Shipping and Delivery

After your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

United States: 8–15 business days

International Orders: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Everluna Jewelry is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be charged by your local customs office.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Everluna Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.

Cancellations requested after 72 hours, or after production has started, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% to cover material, labor, and craftsmanship costs already incurred.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Custom, engraved, resized, personalized, or specially modified items are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue.

For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to cover material, labor, and handling costs for made-to-order items.

11. Warranty and Repairs

Everluna Jewelry offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for eligible craftsmanship-related issues under normal wear.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, third-party repairs, unauthorized alterations, or personal preference changes after purchase.

12. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, occasional errors may occur, including errors related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, availability, or production times.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information on our website is inaccurate, even after an order has been submitted.
