At Everluna Jewelry, each piece is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. Most of our pieces are made to order, so please allow enough time for production before shipment.

Order Processing Time

After your order is placed, we will review and process your order within 1–3 business days. If we need to confirm any order details, we may contact you by email.

Production Time

Most Everluna Jewelry pieces are made to order and require approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipment.

Ready-to-ship items, if available, usually ship within 2–5 business days.

Please note that production time may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or due to custom design requests. If additional production time is needed, we will contact you by email before shipment.

Shipping Time

After your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days

International Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If free shipping is offered, it will be clearly shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at official@everlunajewelry.com. We can only update the shipping address before the order has been shipped.

Everluna Jewelry is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be charged by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Everluna Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for the latest updates.

If your package appears to be lost or has not updated for an extended period of time, please contact us at official@everlunajewelry.com and we will do our best to assist you.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible at official@everlunajewelry.com.

Because most of our pieces are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
