How do I choose my ring size?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes, we’d be delighted to personalize your ring with a complimentary engraving. You can add your inscription when placing your order.
Are Everluna gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes, we source all of our stones from a conscious lab in the United States, ensuring they are responsibly sourced.
Ordering
How long does it take to receive my ring?
Most Everluna Jewelry pieces are made to order and require approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipment.
After your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 8–15 business days
International Orders: 7–20 business days
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I cancel my order?
Because most Everluna Jewelry pieces are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.
Cancellations requested after 72 hours, or after production has started, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% to cover material, labor, and craftsmanship costs already incurred.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We offer 30-day eligible returns and exchanges for items that meet our return conditions.
If you would like to return or exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at official@everlunajewelry.com before sending anything back.
Custom, engraved, personalized, specially modified, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply.

Is your packaging discreet?
Yes, our packaging is discreet and does not mention EVERLUNA.If you're worried you can change your address to the address of a nearby Po Box or a post office for you to pick up.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How do I return or exchange my item?
If you would like to return or exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at official@everlunajewelry.com before sending anything back.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, returned with its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to cover material, labor, and handling costs for made-to-order items.
Custom, engraved, personalized, specially modified, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Everluna Jewelry offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for eligible craftsmanship-related issues under normal wear.
This may include certain setting, prong, or side stone issues caused by manufacturing defects. Eligible rings may also receive one complimentary resizing service within one year, depending on the design and resizing limitations.
Please note that many designs can only be safely resized by approximately 0.25–0.5 US sizes. Some designs, including full eternity rings or highly detailed bands, may not be resizable.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, accidental damage, improper care, third-party repairs, unauthorized alterations, loss of the center stone, theft, or personal preference changes.
