Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Everluna Jewelry, every item is made to order and carefully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and are committed to providing thoughtful after-purchase support.

Please read our return, refund, cancellation, and warranty policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

Because most Everluna Jewelry pieces are made to order, please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase, including ring size, metal type, stone selection, engraving details, shipping address, spelling, dates, and names.

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you notice any incorrect information, please contact us immediately at official@everlunajewelry.com.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.

Cancellations requested after 72 hours, or after production has started, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% to cover material, labor, and craftsmanship costs already incurred.

2. Returns and Exchanges

2.1 Returns for Quality Issues

If you believe your item has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at official@everlunajewelry.com.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem. We may arrange an inspection to confirm the issue.

If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a full refund after the returned item is received and inspected.

Quality issues may include:

1. Major defects in metalwork or craftsmanship, such as broken prongs, a broken band, loose stones, or missing stones upon arrival.
2. A significant difference between the item received and the item ordered.
3. Damage caused by confirmed craftsmanship or production issues.

Please note that the following are not considered quality defects:

1. Natural variations in gemstones, especially Moss Agate, Alexandrite, or other stones that may vary in color, pattern, clarity, or color-change effect.
2. Personal preference regarding stone shape, color, pattern, size, or appearance.
3. Size perception differences based on product photos, screen display, or personal expectations.
4. Normal wear and tear after use.
5. Damage caused by improper care, impact, accidents, resizing by a third party, or unauthorized repairs.

2.2 Returns for Personal Reasons

If you wish to return or exchange an eligible item for non-quality reasons, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at official@everlunajewelry.com.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

1. Unworn and unused.
2. In its original condition.
3. Returned with its original packaging.
4. Returned with proof of purchase or order number.

For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to cover material, labor, and handling costs for made-to-order items.

Returns or exchanges requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive with a confirmed quality issue:

1. Custom or personalized rings.
2. Engraved items.
3. Rings with custom changes, including but not limited to changes to the main stone, side stones, band style, metal type, ring size, or design details.
4. Ring sizes over US 9 or under US 3.
5. Full eternity rings.
6. Items damaged due to customer use, improper care, accidents, impact, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repair.
7. Items that have already been returned or exchanged once.
8. Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to personal reasons.

If the return is due to a confirmed quality issue or an error on our part, we will provide return instructions and may cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Everluna Jewelry is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Please contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. One-Year Warranty Service

We offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. A valid proof of purchase is required.

This warranty covers craftsmanship-related issues under normal wear, including certain setting, prong, or side stone issues caused by manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Scratches, dents, bending, or discoloration caused by daily use.
3. Damage caused by accidents, impact, improper care, exposure to chemicals, or misuse.
4. Damage caused by third-party resizing, repair, or alteration.
5. Loss of the center stone.
6. Personal preference changes after purchase.
7. Natural gemstone variations in color, pattern, clarity, or appearance.

6. Ring Resizing

We strongly recommend confirming your correct ring size before placing your order. A proper fit is important for comfort and long-term wear.

Please review our ring size guide before placing your order. If you are unsure, we recommend having your finger professionally measured by a local jeweler.

6.1 Resizing Within Warranty

Within one year of delivery, we offer one complimentary resizing service for eligible rings.

Please note:

1. Most designs can only be safely resized by approximately 0.25–0.5 US sizes due to structural limitations.
2. Some designs, including full eternity rings or highly detailed bands, may not be resizable.
3. If resizing is not possible, remaking the ring may be required and may be subject to a remake fee of up to 30%.
4. Shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.

For your convenience, you may also choose to have your ring resized by a professional local jeweler.

If you choose local resizing, please contact us first at official@everlunajewelry.com. After approval, you may email us the receipt from a professional jeweler, and we may reimburse the approved resizing cost. Approved local resizing will not void your warranty.

6.2 Resizing Outside Warranty

For resizing requests outside the one-year warranty period, a resizing fee may apply.

Resizing fee: 15% of the original order value.

Sizes above US 11 may incur an additional $150 per size due to extra material and labor costs.

7. Side Stone Protection

We offer complimentary replacement of lost side stones within one year of delivery if the issue is related to craftsmanship under normal wear.

This does not cover side stone loss caused by impact, accidents, improper care, unauthorized repair, or heavy wear.

8. Stone Security and Maintenance

Within the warranty period, we may provide the following services for eligible items:

1. Gemstone inspection.
2. Tightening of settings if needed.
3. Re-tipping of prongs for craftsmanship-related concerns.
